What member of Bush's cabinet has ever stopped a single Al Qaida attack anywhere in the world? None.

So what if Berger took some xeroxed pages because he was too lazy to copy therm. You people try to make that sound like a seriuous crime. It was nothing of the sort. It was something most college students do. I've done it myself. It was worthy of a slap on the wrist, which Berger already got.
