Spiro Agnew resigned and did less wrong than Cheney.
Nixon resigned and did less wrong than Bush.
Speaker Wright resigned and did far less wrong that Delay.
LBJ stepped down after one term for lying to get us into a war.

Now it's Bush-Cheney's turn.

All Clinton did was lie about his personal private sex life.
That was personally embarrassing but had nothing to do withy governing the country. It should never have been investigated in the first place. If every president's sex life were investigated many great ones would have been damaged. But our country would have been damaged most of all.
JFK, FDR, Bush Sr., Eisenhower, many others were reputed to have sex outside marriage. Abe Lincoln was reputed to be gay.

When Clinton struck at Osama to try and kill him during the Monica mess the rightwing accused him of wagging the dog. Shame on the rightwing.

Clinton was the most successful and beneficial president in modern times. He left office with a 65% approval rating which is huge. The investigations into his sex life hurt this country and kept him from doing his job when we needed him to focus on Al Qaida more. They happened at the very time he was trying to deal with Al Qaida.
