Don,

Foxtron was supposed to boost the speed to 2.2 GHz in most cases, except thermally limited situations. So Mentocito goes from 2.2 GHz to 1.6 GHz and 6 month later than expectation.

I am not sure what happens with SGI wins that assumed Mentocito. There may be some delayed revenue for SGI as a result (if not outright cancellations of orders).
