I was simply giving you a chance to do some investigating on your own. If you had taken the opportunity you'd have discovered on your own that your deductions about housing turnover were flawed and unsupported by the publicly available data. You could then have seen your error yourself, without me having to point it out to you in a public forum. Instead you compounded it with more faulty logic. I even gave you the damned formula to use in case you couldn't find the publications that have the turnover data available to the public.

So your goal is to try to teach me something? Yet, you don't want to learn something yourself since you don't ask questions to which you don't already know the answer? Even Elroy, who can be very abrasive, doesn't try to hold class here. If you've got some interesting information or an opinion, just post it. I'll read it.
