I am one small investor who managed rather easily to do these things. The pink sheet symbols can be found using the Yahoo symbol lookup. All discount brokers (three so far) that I have used have been able to buy these with little difficulty. The stocks are listed on the Toronto exchange and can be bought directly there using various brokers. Stocks, charts, symbols, news, and so on can be looked up on TSX.com and Stockhouse.com. Much more information is available using search engines: Google, Altavista. And in fact, COS has been repeatedly mentioned in all the major financial newspapers and magazines.
