I posted Kerry's 2002 Hardball interview. He specifically disagrees with Bush on every single move he made vis a vis Saddam Hussein and the invasion and occupation. Kerry would only invade a nation as a last and final resort if we were indeed threatened and had no choice but to defend ourselves.

According to the intel Bushies were putting out though, Saddam was a possible threat. Even the Canadians agreed Saddam had to be checked out and thoroughly frisked.
