None of the smoking bimbo cases had any foundation. None. In fact Paula Jone's testimonies were written up with Anne Coulter in charge of the wording.

All a sleazy desperate orchestrated hit campaign by the smear-happy rightwing. If you haven't picked up the fact that Rove's rightwing always uses smear campaigns instead of facts you've had your head in the sand.

I met Anne Richards in Texas when I was there. She was smeared too by Rove. She was a great governor and very straight lady but Rove put out the word she was a lesbian alcoholic. No truth whatsoever. In fact GW was a much bigger drinker. But it worked. So then they used it on CLinton and McCain and Cleland and Kerry, etc.
