Hello fellow shareholders - I joined the BROC five-dollar club today with an initial purchase of 4000 shares. Since I'm a vegetarian I won't be eating beef with the rest of you, but I'll bring along some PBJ sandwiches...

I think the NetGain purchase was a savvy move, but it remains to be seen how competitive the technology will be. Obviously I think BROC will make money with it in the next five years, or I wouldn't have invested. However, unlike the past, the power of the network "glue" and database backends are now available to everyone essentially for free, which seems to lower the cost of entry in this market substantially. For example, you're probably reading this within the SI "web-lication" which I imagine is actually quite similar to what NetGain does. I did notice NetGain's capability for sync'ing off-line work, which is very cool. And there is all that specialized database and workflow knowledge which isn't exactly irrelevant to creating a really effective sales/marketing tool.

Anyways, good investing to everyone.
