Atlanta's airport Gestapo mistook a French minister for an al-qaeda agent: No surprise there. American airport security is 3/4 incompetency and 1/4 fear. It could be racial or cultural but most likely, it was because he has an accent so we must do something. They are pulling little old ladies from Iowa off planes because they were trying to 'smuggle' knitting needles onto the plane. These are dangerous times.....al Qaida comes in all shapes and sizes. ted
