Clinton's popularity was unaffected by people knowing he fooled around on the side. So the rightwing, frustrated with this, had to invent "rape" charges, trying to make Clinton's sexual prowess criminal, even perverted. They called him a sexual predator, even though it's the women who come after him. I very much doubt Clinton was ever anything but a cool, considerate lover his whole life. He radiates warmth toward women. You can see it every time he shows his loves and feels their pain. That's why women love him. But the rightwing had to try and smear him for his strength, hence the phony "rape" charges which creeps like Sean Hannity repeat over and over as if they're in any way true.
