Laffer praised Bernake on the OP Ed page of the WSJ today. I did not see it on line. I have seen many economists praising him. He was on the board fo the Fed for three years. He appears to be well qualified. The one doubt I have is that Laffer compares him to Volker. I feel that Greenspan is much better than Paul Volker was.
