Hi Tom. That is a really weird statement from the Iranian President. I can understand Iran wanting to defend itself from foreign aggressors, but what the fu** is a statement like that all about. It sounds like a statement straight out of Islamo-fascism. So who's backing this situation? Who benefits? Is our destiny on this planet to continue to produce fascist politicians who battle it out for the sake of increasing or maintaining their hold on power? And are these fascist politicians really of opposing interests, or at the "deep political" level, are their politics actually aligned in some sort of formal, structural way? I just don't get it.
