Now a director has been buying some shares from the market. Hubert Huckel bought 25.700 shares at prices around 1,70. After these transactions he holds 62.200 shares. Erik Hubert Huckel, M.D. – Executive committee; Audit committee and Compensation committee. Dr. Huckel served as Chairman of the Board of Hoechst-Roussel Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Chairman and President of Hoechst-Roussel Agri-Vet Company, and a member of the Executive Committee of Hoechst Celanese Corporation until his retirement in December 1992. Dr. Huckel currently serves on the Board of Directors of Thermogenesis, Corp. and Gynetics, Inc. He has been a director of Titan Pharmceuticals since October 1995.
