That's something nobody ever talks about. How does VP arrange a trip for her own husband, who doesn't even work for the CIA? Seems to me VP should have only been able to arrange a trip for an employee of hers, not somebody like her husband. That never made any sense to me. Would the CIA process her husband's expense report?
