If your numbers are correct the lawyers get very little and that would be most unusual. Remember that out of the sum on hand all the costs associated with the bankruptcy the SEC and DOJ costs etc etc etc. By the time the bills are paid only a couple of pennies per share will get mailed to shareholders.
