From what my attorney told me, the $13.7 mil is that amount that is set aside strictly to settle the "legitimate" shareholder claims. Again, I was told that $13.5 mil will go to the shareholders, the extra $200k is just that portion not used by shareholder claims.

As I stated in a previous post, there were not that many legitimate shareholders claims by the time the forms were sent out. The ICMX/SEXI share matter was covered in my prior post, so what is left is $13.5 million in legitimate shareholder claims to be paid from $13.7 mil set aside for that purpose. I read on the SEC site that around $17+million was recoverd, so I assume that fines/fees, etc were paid out of the $3.5+million difference between the 2 figures.

I was as surprised as any former SEXI shareholder when I was told 2 months ago to expect a near 100% return of my $ money lost in the SEXI scam, due to yours and others post warning shareholders to only expect pennies on the dollar.

I can only restate what I have been told and wait to see what actually transpires.
