xom notified employees of costs for medical care next year... the big shocker,,, they are reviewing a two tier system in the future. medical expenses are found to be higher for older pre 65 retiree people so expect additional monthly fees to this group. I wonder what analyst came up with this one? Shocker as we get older we experience higher medical expense. One reason for group insurance was to have healthy people share in cost of medical insurance which would help pay for those who need it. After working for thirty years , retire early and get whacked with hgher costs because we will single you out of the group policy as a higher group until you reach age 65 and file for medicare. oh, xom just announced breaking quarterly earnings again.
