I suspect that one or more of the firms that rates MACR a "hold" is loading up inventory before announcing a change in MACR's rating...thus making a profit on the MACR stock they sell to clients...once they create additional demand. This happens all the time. Once the tide turns and few ratings are increased, this stock will pop again, IMO.
