Andrea: Let me have the privilege of introducing myself. I am not a bear and I will never be one.

Business wise: Strategically in Networking industry everybody is stepping on each other territory. This confuses analysts a lot. If analysts are confused they stay from this mess and expects the industry to come out with a common voice for them (analysts) to react. Big networking companies instead of telling them that the pot is getting bigger and they are doing good, they start announcing products which are in direct competition with each other. Networking companies mostly are badmouthing each other. CSCO is guilty of it a lot. ASND is on the high road and not doing any of that. I do not see any business flaw that happened within last month. But I observed a lot of behavioral flaw. Many big contracts are not showcased nicely. ASND is not good updating its boss(stockholders) properly. Investors are concerned about merger and wanted a constant briefing as to how it is progressing. If any big deals like NTT or UUNET occurs, company is not forthcoming in announcing them. Since big players are almost in each other market, there is tremendous amount of uncertainty in those deals. A long silence is the one which kills the stock.

Andrea I just made an attempt. For lack of time I couldnt proceed further. I'll complete it later.

Regards

Kumar
