Hi, Brooke-

The four or five of us who are not able to download automatically did the setup, but the site will not recognize the password and/or the ID. It then gives us a handy little drop box to re-enter, but entering the information (as designated by Gary) does nothing but put us into a loop of continually getting the drop box and re-entering the same info.
