Wilson was sent to Niger by the CIA. It was a real pleasure trip too. Oh boy, was Wilson thrilled to visit that garden spot of the planet. What a vacation, Niger. Wilson was lucky enough to get an expense account which enabled him to take a free tour of the slums and the Unicef camps. He evgen got a free typhoid booster shot. Even though he's a wealthy man, Wilson was giddy to have a free air ticket and hotel. A real scam on tax-payers, especially considering he's totally unqualified, just one of our top Africa experts, ambassador to several third world countries, charge d'afgfairs to Iraq, the last man out of Baghdad who rescued the hostages in 1992 and has a wife who was a covert CIA expert and agent specializing in WMD proliferation.
