Carter: I havent read the whole report. But when I saw the first paragraph, I was frustrate. I will read the whole thing. My strong feeling is that this weekend ASND will work very hard to come out with some explanation. I dont think they ever faced this much downgrade during their period and this much outcry from its investors. If they dont take this seriously, they dont take us as well as their business seriously. Imagine for a while if the management is silent for 2 more weeks and the stock drop another 15 points, Mory will be another Phil White. Therefore it is at their best interest to talk. Regards Kumar
