All those downgrades and upgrades are changing frequently. Today they downgrade ASND and lower the future earning estimates and target price. But in a few months (maybe as short as one month), some analyst will start to increase future estimates and raise target price again.

Say how often do you see analysts decrease and increase earning estimates on a stock? I would say at least once per quarter.

If those analysts can consistently predict the price movement of a stock, they won't be analysts any more and they are cruising on Caribbean and drinking champagne.
