You keep inventing legal standards that don't exist. Issuing a report to Congress - and there are hundreds every year from executive agencies - is not held to a legal standard of absolute truthfulness. I am enlightened enough to want to see the actual statutes and case law that support your position. I know you desperately want to see Bush impeached for his actions, but that is separate from whether he can be and will be with the current Congress or a 2006 Congress under Democratic control. Until the powers that can make this happen come out and support your position, it is simply your own position. Politicians lie all the time in their speeches and in government reports they cause to be issued. I can't recall any who were ever charged with perjury for inaccuracies. Has Hillary called for this? Harry Reid? Nancy Pelosi? Howard Dean? Anyone from the DLC? Please link to their comments if they have. Welcome to the real world.
