Re. the Admin. prob. ; I assume you have a light series switch. If your so called Mitel Elite dealer can't fix , may I suggest you contact SPRINT (Sprint North is Mitel's biggest buyer and I suspect they have been down your road)If still no fix ,Mitel needs their butts kicked because the open architecture of the light series was the sales hook,( third parties et. all). But to be fair ,to Mitel ,all PBX'S are PIGS and the sooner we are into proliants the better.
