If suppose if they build a lot of these pipes it would equalize the atmospheric pressure all over the world, and then there wouldn't be anymore weather! LOL! :-)

There might be some ethical issues to debate about building these generation systems. I wonder if it's for real anyway? Somebody who really knows physics needs to chime in on this one. Peraps I should go to the Weather Channel and ask them.
