Patrick Fitzgerald has a reputation for inventing creative ways of stretching laws to prosecute.

I don't think this is true and in any event we ought not to anticipate such actions prior to any indictments, if in fact any ever issue. I think Mr. Fitzgerald has run a good investigation, minimal leaking, etc. What is lost in all this is that these investigations typically go nowhere....and it is only because of the cooperation from the WH Mr. Fitzgerald has rec'd that there is even any talk of indictments. Whether they actually come forward remains to be seen.
