Kerry, As you've seen in today's big move to 9 3/8, the formation is in fact resolving to the upside. Part of today's volume was me tripling my existing position. Details on pennants and other formations can be found in "Technical Analysis of Stock Trends" by Edwards & McGee. It is the bible and last word in technical analysis. From my experience, these formations at least double from their breakout point and often triple. My guess is a triple from here. Of course you're talking to a shareholder, so add appropriate salt. I think your estimate in interest savings as to share price is on target. Today's activity probably has more to do with the two posts previous to yours though. Good Luck, Louis
