You made some kind of vague and unsubstantiated claim, with nothing to back it up:

"The power plant uranium was not weapons grade,"

(Of course not. It's not supposed to be.)

"that was what Russia supplied, refined power plant grade uranium." "If you had read that report you would have found that they wore using the yellow cake to make weapon grade uranium."

'Yellow Cake' is an ore aggregate, of even lower grade then the processed uranium that the Soviets supplied to Iraq.

And Iraq has had no capability to ENRICH uranium (no gaseous diffusion facilities, no centrifuge facilities) for decades now.

That is what both the UN anti-proliferation agency report, and the US's official post war analysis both said. Contrary to your false claim.
