Co issues guidance for Q4, sees EPS of $1.42-1.48 which may not be comparable to the $0.68 consensus; sees Q4 revs of $81-85 mln vs. $87.54 mln consensus. Co issues guidance for FY05, sees EPS of $1.51-1.57 that may not be comparable to the $0.75 consensus; sees FY05 revs of $322.5-326.5 mln vs. $328.88 mln consensus.
