I can't believe they have grown up so fast! And you know, that means that WE are getting older too!! I made some chicken and dumplings last night, all from scratch. I haven't had much time for good home cooked meals lately but I decided, it was time the family had something good and hearty for the next two days. We ran out of the meals that I fixed and put in the freezer. I need some time off so I can restock. I see my older son a few times a week. He's getting married next November and they have had to change their plans of getting married at our old house in New Orleans......or anywhere in the southern half of Louisiana. I think he's settled on Austin. He found a really great jazz group for the reception. That was his main concern, the rest, he said, will be easier. Bless his heart, he just don't really know does he?<g>
