Bill, you did not answer my questions in any way shape or form. That is the definition of a dodge.

You criticized Ms. Miers and said that she was beneath the standards of previous SCOTUS justices. I pointed out that your criticisms were off the mark and pointed out specific recent examples of people with similar qualifications.

Harriet Miers is clearly not elitist enough to suit come people. Her nomination is moot.

I repeatedly stated on this subject why I supported Ms. Miers nomination. Often in posts to you.
