steve, They must have erroneously assumed a lag time from the moment that they submitted their 10-K to the SEC to the time that it would show up in the database. Same thing happened today with another company(symbol=IVDO) where I got an 8-K notification of a change in management. I called the company to make further inquiries and they said that the press release shouldn't be out yet.-g- I just love that free edgar web site. Can't beat it for timeliness. Good Luck on Monday.
