I think Fitzgerald comes across as a pro, and if he says the guy should be indicted then I believe him. Whether he's guilty is another question, but some people obviously don't support the concept of being innocent until proven guilty.

What did you make of his initial baseball analogy, whether the pitcher is trying to bean the batter, accidentally hit the batter, trying to come close to the batter, and the umpire has sand in his eyes? That went way over my head!

It sounded to me like they have this guy Libby lying pretty obviously, but we'll see. I doubt he would indict without a pretty airtight case.
