There is no doubt that the Neocons played a central role in the distribution of this fake intel, and probably the creation of it, too.

I read recently that Bush was directly involved in the talks with the Italians over the Niger document. I don't think its likely given the way Bush has been protected from the slimy undersides of governance but if it were true, that would be all the tie in anyone would need to go after Bush.
