The question is, what was Libby's MOTIVE in outing Plame? Wasn't Libby just part of a group with the same motive? en.wikipedia.org What actions consistent with Libby's motive did the others in the group take? That's the real story and crime here. Libby is just the first one that got caught lying about it.
