Well it makes sense that something start happening in telecom equipment a la mergers. Since the providers are merging like crazy (PCS-NXTL, SBC-T-AWE, VZ-MCI, AT-Western Wireless), they will likely try to consolidate suppliers, so equipment mergers may come next. I'll bet that will be a theme for 2006. Possibilities are TLAB-ADCT LU-ALA LU-MOT SONS-Anybody CSCO-CIEN should be interesting to watch....
