Hi Gary,
Thanks for your information. You are obviously well informed. I have seen the Bidding on Bay Street write-up, and have been following their updates. They are definately excited about this company, their optimism a result of the huge potential TTRIF seems to have. In BBS's Aug 10 update, they touched on the concern I expressed in my direct email to you, which I would like to reiterate here. The concern was "how well do the Thermo Tech plants really work?"

The BBS update pointed out that there have been engineering problems with the Ontario plants that are requiring some expensive retrofits. Also, it has been made very clear by Thermo Tech, that alot was learned after they built the Corinth plant.

I would feel much more comfortable in knowing the true extent of some of the difficulties Thermo Tech has been having with these plants. Are they minor problems, needing only simple adjustments to make a good process even better? Or are they fairly major, requiring an ongoing infusion of resources to keep the plants running as they should? If the plants are always going to be running intermittently, are potential Thermo Tech customers going to feel confident in signing waste processing agreements with them?

This has always been my concern with Thermo Tech. The process seems too good to be true! And, I am sure there are quite a few other investors out there who are seeing some of the problems Thermo Tech is having with these plants, and bailing out. On the other hand, it is really not surprising to me that the first few plants that had been built are requiring a few modifications. Any new design is going to require a few tweaks in order to perfect production.

I remain very optimistic about Thermo Tech. If I felt absolute confidence in the long-term efficiency of the Thermo Tech plants, I would be heavily weighting my portfolio with TTRIF, especially at these prices! So, any comments about my concerns would be very much appreciated.

The next few months are going to be very interesting. I wonder when Ashbridge's Bay will announce their choice?

Rgds,
--Wayne--
