A more probable scenario is that Asnd will integrate cscc in a couple of Qs and correct other minor problems and the upgrages will start pouring in after a couple of Qs. The worst scenario as far as shareholders are concerned is 20s or upper teens. My personal opinion is that Asnd will dip into the twenties for one or two days--maybe 25-30-and when the MMs are finish accumulating, Asnd goes back to 40+ in a couple of Qs. Time will tell. Emile, from my experience with MMs's practice, you are pretty much right. The bottom accurs when there is low vol at a tight trading range couple with low distribution/accumulation ratio and no neg reaction to bad news. I now have a small position in ASND (bought by mistaken programming), but will start accumulating when I see a bottom happens. Another indication of the bottom is when ASND mgmt reprices employees' options. I am almost certain that some audiences here will find that out and inform everybody. The later indication is very accurate indicator of the bottom time after time. The first one who informs the thread about the repriced option price will have our gratitude. IMHO, ASND has a few trump cards up their sleeves they haven't announced yet such as NTT, UUnet, Compuserve+AOL, MPOA-supported ATM carrier-class switch, GRF, partnership w/ telecom co. and telco. I think after the earnings comes out and the option repriced, you will see a flurry of deal announcements. The reason that there is so much following of this stock is most believe in this co. long term. Don't you ? Despite what somebody thinks negatively about ASND mgmt, I still think ASND has some of the best mgmt in the industry.
