“fixed combination” pills that include at least one patented ingredient. On tap are Diovan+Norvasc (soon to be generic) and, later, Diovan+SPP100. SEPR has been pushing for their single-isomer Norvasc plus an ARB, but doesn't seem like they have been able to get any of the 5 (if I recall correctly) ARB makers to bite. Forest would seem like a natural partner for them. Peter
