1. Of the 36 proxies received for the vote on Resolution Number 4
(concerning options), 29 voted for the resolution (representing 3,718,600 shares) and 7 voted against the resolution (representing 29,000 shares).

2. Aranlee and Rio Tinto (formerly RTZ) hope to reach a mutual agreement concerning the disputed properties within the next week.
