Tobin, -you wrote- I tried using edgar at sec.gov and couldn't get this report. Any information would be appreciated. The online edgar database that you are referring to is always somewhat behind. Don't know if it's 1 day or 4 days. If you want far more timely SEC filing I say sign up for the service at: freeedgar.com It is here that you can specify a list of companies and they will email you the minute(?) an SEC filing gets submitted on one of those companies. Neat stuff and it's free and there's no adverts to wait on(not yet anyway). Craig
