Some pundits are saying Bush will appoint a solidly conservative judge to the court as he needs desperately to appease his rightwing GOP base.

It's not good news but we'll have to wait and see how this plays out.

Bush's approval rating in below 39% so he only has the die-hard Republicans in his corner right now............let's hope he extends an olive branch to moderates...........Bush's base wouldn't vote for a Democratic candidate if the GOP was running the devil himself.
