In that Russert claims he was told nothing, and miller and cooper testified bacause Libby gave them a waiver, and miller and cooper reported what they say they were told and all that was told was not a crime, there is no logic in an obstruction of justice charge.

It also does not matter what Libby really knew and how and when he learned it. It is not a crime to mis-represent information to journalists. The information Libby passed was not a crime.
