Saw this on the MacInsider: EXCLUSIVE! A MacInsider bug at Seagate Techonology tells us that the company will introduce a 18 Gigabyte internal hard drive for the Macintosh and PC in the next two to four months. Development for the drive is reportedly completed, and it is now going through continuous performance testing. In addition, Seagate has reportedly stopped making 1.2 and 1.7 gigabyte hard drives today. The company may not officially make an announcement of this until January, when current supply runs out.
