Yep, you have the right to believe that you "know" that God gave you that right. As you say, you have the right to believe whatever you wish. If you want to believe that you know something unknowable, have at it.

The right to speak it freely without fear of reprisal, however, comes from "we the people" and the constitution. God will not protect you from reprisals. At least God has no record of doing so.
