Very helpful post Bob. I'm glad you are keeping up with this company and posting as I'm finding it a bit depressing. Or perhaps a lot depressing. One of the things which tipped me toward investing in ACLS a couple years ago was some posts on Yahoo by that fellow who calls himself "Aussiestocktrader". I don't believe he has posted for a year or more, but I believed he had been a former employee in Europe. He gave me some reassurance that ACLS was technologically adept but with some management problems. I see he has produced another post on Yahoo which now suggests that the management problems are deeper and more damaging than he'd first suspected. I did receive my first shares as a result of the spinoff from Eaton, so not everyone from that time has left. Best regards, Lance
