A person's recollection several months after a conversation being completely different is not lying or an obstruction of justice. If Libby did not hide the identity of those he talked with, there is no obstruction. Nothing Libby said as recollected by those identified was criminal. "there is no logic in an obstruction of justice charge" I do believe poor poor fitz will not be able to prove anything with even cursory probability of reality. This is a case of he said, he said and nobody said anything criminal.
