How do you steal something that, by definition, you are entitled?

Rights are a moral claim or demand on others, not some magical force field others physically cannot abridge.

I think you would agree we have a right to our own lives. That doesn't prevent someone from sticking a knife in your neck. It does circumscribe the behavior that is morally sanctionable.

I think you are probably a legal positivist, Karen.
