Perhaps the CIA DO asked Plame about it? I mean she is...was...one of our best WMD agents. So what if she did suggest her husband? Suggesting is not recommending per say. Wilson went over there and found no evidence of any Yellow Cake transactions. It's also a fact that the documents were forged, and it's also a fact that Tenet told bush that it was doubtful...that's why he changes the SOTU address to say that the British intel was such. (They discovered the same documents...only they haven't figured out that they were forged yet).
